At edenrobe, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to qualify for a processing request.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear images of the product to request a Return Authorization.

  Pack the Items

  Securely pack the items in their original edenrobe packaging, including the invoice and any promotional materials that were included in the parcel.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Parcel

  Send the package back to our central warehouse via a traceable courier service and share the tracking details with our support representative.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the items for quality compliance, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 7-10 working days.
